Satya Prakash Dubey is a professor and Dean (Research & Development) at Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai, India. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering form Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS), Pilani and his master in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
