Informationen zum Autor Martin Kilduff is Diageo Professor of Management Studies at Cambridge University. Martin served as editor of Academy of Management Review from 2006 to 2008, and was previously associate editor of Administrative Science Quarterly and British Journal of Management . His research interests lie in social networks in organizations, with particular emphasis on cognitive and personality effects on the positions individuals occupy, and the effects of these positions on performance, promotions, and other outcomes; topics related to the philosophy of science and critical theory with respect to organizational social network research. Andrew Shipilov is an Assistant Professor of Strategy at INSEAD. His current academic research examines how social networks affect firms' competitive advantage. Professor Shipilov's work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal , Administrative Science Quarterly , Organization Science , Strategic Organization , Industrial and Corporate Change , Managerial and Decision Economics as well as in other journals and edited books.
