Andrew Morgan is Chairman of the Routemaster Owners' and Operators' Association (RMOOA) and a leading authority on the subject. A Routemaster owner, he has written several books on the subject, as well as contributing regularly to the RMOOA magazine. He works in the civil engineering business.
