Offers is an account of the author's thirty year career in investigations and law enforcement, covering from l957 to 1987. The incidents discussed include such diverse subjects as UFOs and little yellow flowers, and range from the tragic to the hilarious as readers learn what it took to administer effective law enforcement in the days before the technology for in-depth DNA tests and such niceties as GPS and cell phones.

About the author

Kenneth Lamascus worked in law enforcement for more than thirty years, the first four years as an insurance investigator and then six years as Deputy Sheriff in Knox County, Texas, USA. He then spent twenty years as a US Border Patrol Agent, retiring in 1987.
