He has written two previous books and edited seven others, including the forthcoming seventh edition of Policy-Making in the European Union, with Mark Pollack and Helen Wallace. He has published and a dozen articles -- including in Global Environmental Politics, the Journal of Common Market Studies, the Journal of European Public Policy, the Review of International Political Economy, and World Politics -- and written 30 book chapters. He is Associate Professor and Jean Monnet Chair in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology.John Peterson has authored or edited 18 books, including Multilateralism in the 21st Century (2013, with Caroline Bouchard and Nathalie Tocci), The European Commission of the 21st Century (2013, with an international research team), The Institutions of the European Union (2012, with Michael Shackleton) and The European Union: How Does it Work?
