About the author

Warren Ellis (geb.

Report

"Regardless, though, considered as a whole, The Art ofComicsis an excellent collection and one which is likely to provokespirited debate and serve as a spur to further research withinAnglo-American philosophy (and philosophy more generally) into thissadly neglected art form. I, for one, look forward to these futuredevelopments immensely. To quote one of the greats in the historyof comics-excelsior!." ( British Journal ofAesthetics , 1 October 2013)
