Nick Wilkshire is a lawyer originally from St. John's, Newfoundland. He is a graduate of Memorial University and Osgoode Hall Law School. Thin Ice is his third novel and the first featuring Ottawa detective Jack Smith. He lives in Ottawa, Ontario, with his wife and three children.
