About the author










B. Guy Peters is Maurice Falk Professor of Government at the University of Pittsburgh and Professor of Comparative Governance at Zeppelin University (Friedrichshafen, Germany). He is the author or editor of over sixty books in public administration and political science.
Tero Erkkilä is Assistant Professor of political science at the Department of Political and Economic Studies at the University of Helsinki. His research interests include transnational governance, public institutions, and collective identities.
Patrick von Maravic is the former DAAD Visiting Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science at the University of Alberta and Assitant Professor of political science at Zeppelin University. He now runs a small distillery in the Black Forest Mountains.
