About the author

Ben Moore, geboren 1966, ist seit 2002 Professor für Astrophysik an der Universität Zürich. Unter seinem Künstlernamen "Professor Moore" spielt er Gitarre in der Elektro-Rockband MILK67 und arbeitet momentan an einem Soloalbum. Für die Zürcher Street Parade 2010 entwickelte er zusammen mit seinen Studenten ein Urknall-Lovemobile.§Der Brite hat über 200 wissenschaftlichen Abhandlungen zu Themen wie der Ursprung der Planten und Galaxien, Dunkle Materie und Dunkle Energie verfasst. Moores Forschungsgruppe simuliert das Universum mit speziell dafür hergestellten Supercomputern.
