About the author

Virginia Mutheu Paul-Mutei holds B.ED (English & Literature), postgraduate diploma (Public Relations), MPhil. (Educational Communication Technology - English) and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication Studies at Moi University, Kenya. She has taught English language for over 10 years in high school , college and university levels.
