Gideon Boas is a Senior Fellow of the Asia Pacific Centre for Military Law, University of Melbourne Law Faculty, a Sessional Lecturer at Monash University Faculty of Law, and a Senior Consultant, Education and Training, with Potter Farrelly and Associates.James L. Bischoff is an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of the Legal Adviser of the United States Department of State.
