Informationen zum Autor Mythic has collaborated with the biggest names in Franco-Belgian comics, such as Yann, Rosinski and Walthéry. Following the death of "Alpha's" original scriptwriter, Pascal Renard, in 1996, Mythic took over writing the series from Volume Three. Youri Jigounov is a Russian graphic artist; he also illustrated a collection entitled Les Lettres de Krivstov (Le Lombard, 1994). He created "Alpha"with Renard, depicting a Russia torn by the power struggle between secret police and the Russian mafia. Klappentext The murky worlds of intelligence and politics collide in Washington. The Cold War: the golden age of American and Soviet spies, a time when everything was clear-cut and simple. We're the good guys, they're the bad guys. Nowadays, CIA operatives like Alpha often feel more like commercial envoys than secret agents. When bodies start to drop in Washington, though, a boring mission playing tourist guide to a Russian delegation suddenly becomes much more dangerous. An old bogeyman from the Cold War, long thought dead, has reappeared... Zusammenfassung THE MURKY WORLDS OF INTELLIGENCE AND POLITICS COLLIDE IN WASHINGTON.
