About the author

Sian Morgan graduated with a B.Med.Sci (hons) and holds a postgraduate diploma and Masters in psychology. She has worked extensively with children and adults in the NHS, in education, and privately, to help them deal with bullying and to rebuild confidence. Sian has contributed to several educational videos and has been an adviser for TV and radio programmes.
