About the author












Alan Blinder is the Gordon S. Rentschler Memorial Professor of Economics and Public Affairs in the Economics Department at Princeton University. Martin Hellwig is director of the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods. Don Kohn is a member of the Financial Policy Committee of the Bank of England.
