About the Author

Peter Brady started practising aikido in 1969 and after many years of study was promoted to the rank of Shidoin with the UK Aikikai. He is also Senior Coach with the British Aikido Board. He teaches weekly classes at all levels and runs seminars and instructors’ workshops.
