ÜBER DIESES BUCHHAUS W - VOM 1. STRICH ZUM FERTIGEN HAUS ENTWICKLUNGS- UND PLANUNGSPROZESS AM BEISPIEL EINES EINFAMILIEN - HAUSES 308 SKIZZEN - ZEICHNUNGEN - PLÄNE + FOTOSDas Buch beschreibt den Entwicklungs- und Planungsprozeß am Beispiel eines Einfamilien - Hauses. Es handelt sich um eine typische Baumaßnahme, ein Wohnhaus für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und begrenztem Finanzbudget.Die Bauvorschriften waren relativ rigide: Neben GRZ, GFZ und der Anzahl der Vollgeschoße waren Dachneigung und Traufhöhe vorgeschrieben, gleichwohl gelang es die wichtigsten Architekturelemente zu erhalten, nämlich:1. "Himmelsleiter", 2. begleitender Luftraum mit etwa 10m Höhe, 3. eine zweite Innenfassade als Schichtung zur Erzeugung einer Filterzone, die begrenzte Öffentlichkeit zulässt und Privatheit sichert.Das Haus wurde mit Einbauschränken ausgestattet. Als Sichtschutz für den Aufenthalt im Freien sowie als Camouflage für die handelsübliche Fertig-Doppelgarage wurden Pflanzgerüst-Pavillons errichtet. Trotz der knappen Finanzmittel und des kompakten Baukörpers herrscht der Eindruck von Licht und Weite vor.Der Aufbau des Buches orientiert sich an den Planungsphasen Vorentwurf, Entwurf, Baueingabe, Ausführungspläne (Werk- und Detailpläne einschl. der Pläne für die Einbaumöbel und Außenanlagen). Das fertige Haus wird dokumentiert durch sämtliche Pläne und Fotos von der Endphase der Bauzeit sowie nach Bezug.
