Author Roman Popadiuk served in the Bush White House from 1989 to 1992 as deputy assistant to the president and deputy press secretary for foreign affairs. About the author










ROMAN POPADIUK served as executive director of the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation from1999 to 2012. He was appointed by Bush as the first U.S. ambassador to Ukraine in 1992.
