Dr. Draelos is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Medical Association, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, among other organizations. She received the M.D. degree from the University of Arizona, Tucson. Lauren A. Thaman is the Global Director of P&G Beauty, Cincinnati, Ohio. She has worked in P&G Beauty Research & Development for more than 19 years, specializing in skin, hair, and scalp technology. She holds seven patents.
