The focus is put on chances of a highly networked, spatial and temporally flexible work organisation that follows individual life contexts, and thus, enhances innovative capacity, efficiency and effectiveness whilst it also expresses itself in a modified design of the office environment..

Wilhelm Bauer wurde 1972 geboren und ist als Hauptschullehrer im Schuldienst des Landes Baden-Württemberg tätig. §Während des Studiums war er ständiger Mitarbeiter in der Redaktion der Fachzeitschrift "Deutscher Kleintier-Züchter" in Reutlingen. Seit dem 10. Lebensjahr ist er Züchter verschiedener Tauben- und Zwerghuhnrassen. Seit 1993 ist er auch Preisrichter für sämtliches Geflügel (Puten, Gänse, Enten, Perlhühner, Hühner, Zwerghühner und Tauben).
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dieter Spath ist ein international renommierter Wissenschaftler auf dem Gebiet des Technologiemanagements. Seit 2002 ist er Leiter des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation (IAO), Stuttgart, und Leiter des Instituts für Arbeitswissenschaft und Technologiemanagement (IAT) der Universität Stuttgart. Professor Spath gilt als vehementer Verfechter einer konsequenten Innovationsorientierung unserer Wirtschaft. Sein Credo: das Zusammenspiel von Mensch, Organisation und Technik ganzheitlich zu betrachten.
