Informationen zum Autor Stephen A. Kapp, MSW, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the University of  Kansas School of Social Welfare. Dr. Kapp has focused his career on agency-based program evaluation of children and family programs.  He has over twenty years of experience working both externally and internally on agency evaluations. His teaching and writing efforts have focused on evaluation with an emphasis on the use of information by agency staff and giving service recipients a voice in the evaluation process.
