Informationen zum Autor JoAnn Jarolmen worked as a school social worker for 27 years in elementary, junior high, and high schools and was a therapist in a school for emotionally disturbed children for 3 years. She has been a visiting professor, adjunct professor, senior lecturer, and assistant professor at a number of colleges and universities, including Columbia University School of Social Work, New York University (Rockland Campus) and Dominican College. Her teaching specialty is in the area of school social work and direct practice.
