Zusammenfassung This is the annual published proceedings of the Clinical Aphasiology Conference (CAC) held on Sanibel Island in Florida USA in 2005. The current Proceedings, like those that have come before, represent current best-thinking by an international community of scientist-clinicians. They cover the spectrum from careful clinical case reports and single subject designs to philosophical think pieces about living with aphasia.
