« Je ne suis pas sûr qu'il existe une définition univoque de "vidéo d'architecture". Il y a l'architecture d'un côte et de l'autre une série de médias qui permettent sa diffusion et sa compréhension, avant même que l'oeuvre soit entièrement construite. Parmi ces médias la vidéo, avec son caractère simple et efficace, est peut-être l'outil le plus intéressant et le plus spécifique.
La vidéo capture l'attention du spectateur pendant toute sa durée, et les sujets qui sont difficiles à traiter dans certains contextes sont ici plus facilement appréhendables.
Pour transmettre l'expérience de la construction de la résidence étudiante, nous avons souhaité réaliser un film. La collaboration avec FatCat Films nous a permis d'avoir un nouveau regard sur le projet et de pouvoir le raconter aux autres. »

« I'm not sure that it exists one only definition to describe the architectural video practice. On one hand there is Architecture, and on the other hand, a series of media allowing its communication and under-standing even before the completion of the work. Among media, video with its simple and direct approach, is perhaps the most interesting and specific tool.
Video keeps fhe viewer's attention throughout its duration, making more understandable subjects that are normally difficult to explain in another context.
In order to communicate better the construction of our Student Residence, we decided to make a movie on it. The collaboration with FatCat Films enabled us to have a new vision on the project and to tell it to others »
