Milton Friedman

Milton Friedman (1912-2006) was one of the most important 20th century advocates of libertarian and conservative ideas in academia and amongst the wider public. About the author

Dr Ruger is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Texas State University-San Marcos. He is also a Research Fellow in Foreign Policy Studies at the Cato Institute and the Book Review Editor for Armed Forces and Society.
