Tank Architectes

Née en 2005, TANK Architectes a fêté ses dix ans. Le travail de l'agence est largement publié mais ses deux fondateurs Lydéric Veauvy et Olivier Camus, architectes discrets, n'ont donné que de rares conférences. Ils n'ont pas non plus monté une cellule de stratégie de communication au sein de leur agence. Ils ne mettent pas en avant de système doctrinal. Les textes présentant leurs projets ne revendiquent aucune dimension théorique mais énoncent simplement les qualités objectives du bâtiment. TANK, c'est un réservoir d'idées ; des idées qui se verront, ou non, concrétisées.

TANK Architectes was established in 2005 and celebrated its tenth anniversary in 2015. The firm's work has been widely published, but its founders, Lydéric Veauvy and Olivier Camus, avoid the limelight : they have given very few public presentations, and have not set up a communication strategy department within the firm. They do not put forward a doctrinal system. The texts presenting their projects do not claim to be theoretical ; instead they highlight the objective qualities of the buildings.
