Professor Benjamin Henderix stumbles onto a ancient document from another world almost like our own. He must race to save a friend who had gone missing. Only time will tell. Stephen Hjellum is a film student, photographer, and author from Woodland, California with major interests in the macabre, dark and mysterious, as well as in political areas and mythology. This novella, The City, is his first story and his foray into the realm of fantasy.
