Informationen zum Autor BART NOOTEBOOM is Part-time Professor of Innovation Policy at Tilburg University, Netherlands. The author of numerous books and 350 articles he is a member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was awarded the Kapp, Gunnar Myrdal and Schumpeter prizes. He has been scientific director of two research institutes, member of a government committee on technology policy, and a member of the Scientific Council for Government Policy.
