About the author
Rüdiger Pieper, geboren 1958 in Bremen, ist seit mehr als 30 Jahren in unterschiedlichen Feldern der Sozialen Arbeit unterwegs. Im Dachverband FAM ist er seit dessen Gründung im Jahr 1998 aktiv, als lizensierter Trainer bildet er u. a. Fachkräfte für Familienaktivierung und Krisenintervention aus. Aktivierendes Arbeiten auf der Basis konsequenter Ressourcen- und Lösungsorientierung bildet zudem die Grundlage seiner Tätigkeit als Pädagogischer Leiter einer traditionsreichen Jugendhilfereinrichtung. In diesem Kontext hat er das Konzept der Stationären Aufnahme ganzer Familiensysteme seit 1996 maßgeblich mit- und weiterentwickelt. Darüber hinaus ist er als Supervisor und Lösungsorientierter Sachverständiger im Familienrecht tätig.
