Informationen zum Autor Mark Adamsbaum is an actor, photographer and licensed New York City Sightseeing Guide. He lives most of the year in Budapest where he teaches English but returns to his native New York City every summer to play golf, softball in Central Park, and guide wide-eyed tourists through the streets and canyons of Manhattan. Réka Lengyel is a native of Budapest. She studied psychology, dance, theater, social sciences and literature at university before finally receiving a degree in art history. After spending several years in Australia and Boston, she settled down in her hometown. She currently works as a freelance writer - contributing articles about art, wine and cultural events - and as a part-time bartender in an Irish pub. Klappentext No body speaks in strictly formal address anymore. Especially in the new Eastern Europe, where the common expressions tossed around in ultra trendy cities like Budapest are far from textbook Hungarian. This all-new, totally-up-to-date book fills the gap between how people really talk and what Hungarian language students are taught. Zusammenfassung GET D!RTY! Next time you’re in Hungary or just chattin’ in Hungarian with your friends! drop the textbook formality and bust out with expressions they never teach you in school! including: • cool slang • funny insults • explicit sex terms • raw swear words Dirty Hungarian teaches the casual expressions heard every day on the streets of Hungary: What’s up? Mi a helyzet? Your boyfriend is hot shit. Állat jó pasi a barátod. Dude! I’m so wasted. Öcsém! ugy betintáztam. I gotta take a dump. Mennem kell szarni. Go fuck yourself! Menj a halál faszára! Can I get a blowey? Lecidázol? I’d love to hit that. Szeretném megdöngölni.
