FRANCE DU MARCHE NOIR -LA- (1940-1949)

Le marché noir ne profita pas seulement, comme on le croit, à une minorité complice des Allemands. Il impliqua en réalité une très large partie de la société française, se généralisa dans tous les secteurs de l'économie et concerna aussi bien Vichy et les Allemands que la Milice ou la Résistance. En outre, ce phénomène de grande ampleur (près de deux millions d'infractions constatées) perdura bien après la Libération, jusqu'en 1949.
Qui furent précisément les profiteurs du marché noir ? Quelles étaient les techniques des trafiquants pour échapper aux contrôleurs et aux policiers ?
