Informationen zum Autor Craig A. Cruzen is employed by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville! Alabama. His team develops operations requirements and processes for launch and space vehicles. Mr. Cruzen has served as an International Space Station (ISS) Payload Operations Director and holds a B.E. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Johanna M. Gunn has held numerous leadership positions in mission operations and ground data systems at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory! most recently as Manager of Integrated Ground Data Systems. She has a broad background in ground systems management and system engineering! working extensively in the field of mission operations. Ms. Gunn was the recipient of the Exceptional Service Medal and other NASA awards. Patrice J. Amadieu is employed by the European Space Agency (ESA) in support of ATV operations.
