Sezession ist eines der grundlegendsten Probleme der politischen Theorie und eines der größten Probleme der heutigen Welt. Als schwerwiegende Ereignisse bedrohen Sezessionen die Sicherung des internationalen Friedens und der internationalen Gerechtigkeit sowie den Schutz der grundlegenden Menschenrechte. Die Frage, unter welchen Bedingungen eine Sezession gerechtfertigt ist, soll daher beantwortet werden.Nach einer Definition des Begriffs der Sezession von Staaten sowie einer Untersuchung der Zulässigkeit von Sezessionen im positiven Recht anhand des Völkerrechts und des Verfassungsrechts werden in dieser Bachelor-Thesis verschiedene Rechtfertigungs-versionen der normativen Sezessionstheorien in der modernen politischen Theorie vorgestellt und kritisch analysiert. Schließlich wird eine Perspektive gegeben, in welcher Form ein Sezessionsrecht im Völkerrecht formuliert werden sollte. -This Bachelor-Thesis is about the justification of the secession of states. Secession is one of the most basic problems of political theory and one of the most important problems of the present world. As serious events secessions threaten the securing of the international peace and justice as well as the protection of the basic human rights. The question under which conditions secession is morally justified must therefore be answered.After giving a definition of the notion of the secession of states and a study of the legality of secession in the positive law on the basis of international and constitutional law, in this Bachelor-Thesis different justification versions of normative theories of secession in modern political theory are presented and critically analyzed. Finally, a perspective is announced, how a right of secession should be formulated in international law.
