Description

Formée à Berlin, auprès des principaux représentants du mouvement expressionniste, J. Coppel (1896-1971) réalise alors des collages influencés par le rayonnisme de Gontcharova et Larionov. Installée à Paris en 1919, ses travaux évoluent, dans les années 50, vers l'unité des collages-reliefs et s'accompagnent de recherches sur la peinture à l'huile. Cette donation réunit ces deux périodes.
