Bernd Stiegler, geb. 1964, studierte Literaturwissenschaft und Philosophie in Tübingen, München, Paris, Berlin, Freiburg und Mannheim. Von 1999 bis 2007 arbeitete er als Programmleiter Wissenschaft im Suhrkamp Verlag. Seit Herbst 2007 ist er Professor für Neuere deutsche Literatur mit Schwerpunkt 20. Jahrhundert im medialen Kontext an der Universität Konstanz.
