Thomas Tode arbeitet als Filmemacher und freier Publizist in Hamburg. Er ist freier Mitarbeiter der Kinemathek Hamburg und lehrt an der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Hamburg sowie an den Universitäten Hamburg und Bochum.
