About the author
Alexandra Gürtler, geboren 1975, absolvierte nach der Matura die Tourismusschule Modul in Wien und studierte anschließend an der Fachhochschule für Tourismus Management. Alexandra Gürtler sammelte u. a. Berufserfahrung im New World Harbour View Hotel, Hong Kong, und im St. Regis Hotel, New York; seit 2001 ist sie Geschäftsführerin der Sacher Hotels Betriebsges.m.b.H.
Christoph Wagner, 1954 - 2010, hat mit seinen Essays, Kolumnen und zahlreichen Kochbuch-Bestsellern zur österreichischen Küche die Kultur des Essens und Genießens nachhaltig beeinflusst. Darüber hinaus verfasste er kulturhistorische Werke und literarische Kriminalromane.
