It addresses the inconsistencies in how therapy is applied across different centers, which can lead to dangerous overuse or ineffective treatment. This book offers clear, evidence-based recommendations on the pharmacology of each medication, proper dosing, and infusion techniques, ensuring safe and effective use.
Infusion Therapy: For Pain, Headache, and Related Conditions, 2nd Edition has been fully revised with a focus on patient selection, dosing algorithms, monitoring protocols and featuring new chapters on Eptinezumab for migraine headache as well as billing and coding.
