The text known as the Yuthok Nyingthig or 'Heart-essence Teachings of Yuthok' is a complete set of Highest Yoga Tantra Secret Mantra or Vajrayana instructions which were taught by the King of Doctors Yuthok Yönten Gönpo the Younger (1126 - 1202). The Yuthok Nyingthig is a cycle of Highest Yoga Tantra Secret Mantra or tantric Buddhist Dharma teachings which was taught specifically for uncommon individuals striving for liberation. It is a fully complete set of Vajrayana teachings for accomplishing Buddhahood or the Greater Transference Rainbow Body in a single human lifetime and body. It was transmitted to Yuthok the Younger as a daknang or 'pure vision' revelation by the Dakini Pelden Trengwa and is nothing short of Yuthok Yönten Gönpo's gongter or 'mind terma', suffused with the unevaporated breath of the wisdom dakinis.
