My name is Birgit Wenz and I am an educator with many years of professional experience, married and the mother of 2 sons.
As a full-time employee in the day-care center, nutrition education and mathematical activities were particularly important to me. That is why I have often invested a lot of time in preparing cooking and baking offers for the children and presenting them with the help of photos.
During my parental leave, the idea for the book "Kids Easy Cup Cookbook" arose, because such a concept for working with children does not yet exist, but it offers many advantages.
My then 5-year-old son and his friend were always enthusiastic about implementing the recipes I had worked out. Here I was able to find out that not only day-care centers for children, but every family with children will benefit from my new "baking concept".
It's based on a unique baking concept - with measuring cups of different sizes and colours alongside clearly organised picture-by-picture instructions. It's so easy that kids ageds 3 to 4 and older can prepare their own dough.
