From the moment that the doctor spanked our little bottoms, we are programmed to understand the importance of education. We are continuously taught about all of the necessary things in life. We are taught how to speak, how to walk, how to exist in a social environment, and even how to conjugate verbs or differentiate functions. Education is gaining knowledge and knowledge is awareness. We spend years learning information that is needed for us to attain a career and live what most people feel is a happy life...the "perfect" life. Usually our idea of a "perfect" life includes a spouse, children, a home, two cars, yearly vacations, a career, and working forty years until you can actually enjoy the relatively small amount of money that you may have saved... if possible.The "perfect" life is not living... it is surviving. The road to financial freedom is necessary if we want to truly live. In this book, we will begin "Thinkin' of a Master Plan," our roadmap to understanding where we are and where we want to go as it pertains to our personal portfolios. The "Golden Rule" states "He who rules the gold makes the rules." In this book, we will study ways of making our own Golden Rule. My adaptation of the Golden Rule would say "Rod who rules his own gold, makes his own rules!" Now that my friend is living!!!Financial freedom does not come easy and anyone that says different is not being truthful. There is very little chance that you will come across an opportunity that will allow you to gain financial freedom overnight...not impossible, just not likely. The Bible says, "The race is not given to the swift nor the strong, but he who endures until the end (Ecclesiastes 9:11)." If you design and ENACT your Master Plan, your end will result in you gaining the freedom to do all of the things in this life that you have always dreamed. We all have situations that arise in our life that cause issues. Life is filled with trials and tribulations, but if we develop our Master Plan and work the plan, we may have 99 PROBLEMS, BUT A BILL AIN'T ONE!!!
