A rt. 26 (testo unico, art. 32, e le ge 11 luglio 1894, n. 286, ll'l'. Le liste elettorali devono essere compilate in doppio esemplare, e contenere, in ordine alfabetico, il cognome e nome e la paternità di tutti gli elettori del Comune con le indicazioni di cui all'art. 29.
Con le stesse norme e guarentigie prescritte perla for mazione delle liste, sarà compilato ed unito ad esse un elenco degli elettori che si trovano nelle condizioni previste dall'art. 21.
