This book is a collection of selected writings, speeches, letters, intellectual papers and interviews by Mohamed Ibrahim Egal, the former Prime Minister of independent Somaliland until 26 June 1960, and then Prime Minister of Somalia from 1967 to 1969, when Mohamed Siad Barre overthrew his government.
