Growth arrest P6, soluble endoglin and sFlt-1 in preeclampsia

The determination of Growth arrest Protein 6, soluble endoglin and sFlt-1 in third trimester of the pregnancy and the correlation of their levels with Doppler Ultrasound findings in the pre-eclamptic women suggested the use of these marker determination in early pregnancy as predictors to those women that might develop preeclampsia in later trimesters of pregnancy and could be suggested as markers for those with preeclampsia that will sustain high blood pressure even in post-partum stages and later on.
