The advent of Information Technology as a tool leveraging the delivery of services is universally acknowledged now. India over the past decade has been a test bed for Information and Communication Technology innovations and applications in many parts of the country. The book discusses how technology has redefined governance and what has been its remittance with its stated emphasis on transparency, accountability, and active participation that is much required in good governance.
