About the author
Del Rio historian Douglas Braudaway is a member of the Val Verde County Historical Commission and the Texas State Historical Association, as well as the author of two previous volumes of local history. In this new book, he presents more than 100 never before published vintage photographs, detailed maps, and antique postcards that speak eloquently of the Texas frontier.
