Die wohl kreativste HipHop-Lady ist zurück und beweist, dass noch so einige bisher unbekannte Rezepte in ihrem Kochbuch stehen. Viele Köche müssen nicht immer schlecht sein, denn noch nie waren so viele verschiedene Produzenten an einem Missy Album beteiligt. Neben Timbaland und Missy haben auch Scott Storch, The Neptunes, Craig X. Brockman, Qur’an H. Goodman, Mr. Bangladesh, Rio Beats, Rick Harrison, Saint Nick, The Avila Brothers, Warryn Campbell, Associates und Keith Lewis produziert. Für weitere Würze sorgen als Gäste Mike Jones, Ciara, Fat Man Scoop, Fantasia, Vybez Cartel, M.I.A., Mary J. Blige und mit Grand Puba (Brand Nubian) sowie Slick Rick sind auch zwei altgediente aber noch lange nicht abgelaufene MCs zu hören. Die letztgenannten unterstreichen, dass Missy stets ihren Respekt an die Old School zollt, ohne dabei verstaubt zu klingen. Ihre Songs hören sich von hinten bis vorne durchdacht an, kein Track bei dem nicht der Rhythmus, die Elemente oder sogar der komplette Beat wechselt. Auch im 2005 hat Missy die Songs für den Club, welche einfach anders klingen als die ständig gleichen Partytracks, und den Soul für die Zukunft. Nach ihren Rezepten werden in Zukunft wohl wieder viele Köche kochen...

Wieder einmal hat Missy ein hervorragendes Album erstellt. Es lässt sich gut anhören. Es lohnt sich, diese CD zu kaufen.
