When was the last time you felt the sting of being forgotten, taken advantage of, or rejected? When is the last time you felt, hurt, and embarrassed or put down?

I am so excited for you to begin this journey through the past, present, and future. I created this journal due to popular demand for the four questions that help me transform my life from one of sorrow pain and regret to joy ecstasy and gratitude.

My deepest desire is that you also can have the same experiences of joy and gratitude with a refreshed view of your past, present, and future experiences.

You see it is my belief that we have very few of these defining moments in our lives and yet we allow them to dictate the rest of our lives, our mind does all that I can to prevent us from experiencing further pain and heartache. We end up surviving through justification and victimhood, often we behave in ways that are not consistent with who we truly want to become.

The goal of this journal is to help you see the blessings in your most painful experiences. You get to choose how you redefine your defining moments, turning them from something holding you back too the very fuel needed to live your meaningful legacy.
