He is currently serving as Managing Director for a large global corporation in South Africa. He is also the founder of LeaderGrow, an organization that focuses on preparing integral leaders of tomorrow. Nicholas' passion is to equip future leaders with tried-and-tested leadership principles that are aligned with godly values, where leaders lead with their hearts and do what is right, always. His foundation is God and family, and he is married to Kirbashnee and has two daughters, Arianna and Alessandra.
