A story of a boy growing into a young man, sometime in the near future. It is a new world after the apocalypse Blink event, in which less than ten percent of the worlds population survived. Survivors recovering from the decay realized humans were about to become extinct from the planet Earth. The future of mankind on this planet desperately depends on the life and care giving women, who remain. For us, in this community of survivors the men outnumbered the females ten to one. The challenges survives face are immense. How do they feed themselves and others, when there are no more markets. Their digital wallets inaccessible. All digital data inaccessible. Mankind's war machines disabled. The worlds voltage grids collapsed. If they want to use electricity they must generate voltage themselves.
The self-educated young man has some unique ideas about the universe, it's purpose, and its owner. He was witness to the testimony of the reincarnate Queen Boudica. The Queen told him she was responsible for the invasion and corruption of the Halo device. He theories the corrupted Halo device was responsible for the decay of the human soul. The still unanswered question is whether they are the blessed or the dammed.
