Saman Halgamuge, Fellow of IEEE and IET, is a Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Melbourne. He is listed as a top 2% most cited researcher for AI and Image Processing in the Stanford database. He was a distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (2018-21), Head, School of Engineering at Australian National University and Associate Dean of the Engineering and IT Faculty of University of Melbourne.
Lifeng Ma, Doctor of Engineering, Professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, Doctoral Supervisor. 2024 Selected by the National Talent Program, the National Project of One Hundred Million Talents, enjoying the State Council Government Special Allowance Experts. His research fields include: flexible rolling technology and complete sets of equipment for metal plates, new rolling shear mechanism configuration design theory and method and its equipment development, magnesium alloy short flow casting/rolling basic theory and process research. He has presided over and completed a number of national key and surface funds and other scientific research projects.
Weiguo Liang, Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. He is currently the President of Taiyuan University of Science and Technology (TUST). He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund and a candidate of the National Project of One Hundred Million Talents. He is mainly engaged in the research of rock mechanics and mining engineering. He has participated in and presided over three National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Natural Science Foundation of Shanxi Province, and applied for thirty national invention patents.
Yongming Bian currently serves as President of the China Construction Machinery Society, Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Tongji University. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key Research and Development Program, more than 30 provincial and ministerial-level research projects, and over 1,000 major construction projects. He has authored two textbooks, over 100 academic articles, and holds more than 80 national invention patents. His research focuses on intelligent construction technology and equipment, as well as construction robotics. He has received the Second Prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize in the National Teaching Achievement Award, and 17 provincial and ministerial-level awards.
